Finders Pickers Paper does not offer gift wrapping at this time. Quality Kraft rigid photo mailers and bubble envelopes, sturdy cardboard boxes and packing materials are used to ensure your gems are protected during transit. Paper collectibles are packaged securely inside a plastic sleeve.

Finders Pickers Paper does not have access to your private financial information. A third party is used to process payments. Most payments process within 24 hours. Some are delayed and can take up to 48 hours. Finders Pickers Paper is notified when the processing is complete. Orders are not shipped until processing is complete and notification is received.

USPS pick up by 3PM PT M-Sat. Orders processed M-Th after 3PM are picked up the next business day. Orders processed Saturday may be shipped that day (Redondo Beach Post Office closes at 12PM on Saturdays) or could be shipped the next business day. Orders processed Sunday are picked up and shipped the next business day. USPS does not pick up on Sundays or major US holidays. Tracking is fully dependent on the timely scan by USPS personnel. If your package is not scanned in a timely manner you may not see tracking in real time. For example, tracking may indicate PRE-TRANSIT even though a package IS in transit. Or you may not see tracking at all until your package is delivered. Recently, a package was scanned DELIVERED by USPS but was delivered to the wrong address. The package was rerouted to the correct address within six days but the tracking information was not updated by USPS. So be mindful of this. It's rare but sometimes it happens. Expect delays around the holiday season and during inclement weather. Other delays will be communicated in a timely manner.

USPS delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. This includes Priority Mail. Most packages arrive in a timely manner. Please take this into consideration before purchase. Remember, USPS handles a heavy load of online ecommerce sites, not to mention regular snail mail. USPS is busy, busy, busy around the holiday season (October through January). Inclement weather can cause slowdowns, too. So please, order early to avoid disappointment. Finders Pickers prints a shipping label for your package within one to two business days of processed order. USPS pick up delivers the package to Redondo Beach Post Office. USPS scans the shipping label barcode into the their tracking system. Some packages are scanned by the carrier upon pick up, some at Redondo Beach Post Office, some are not scanned until they reach the Los Angeles Regional Hub. Tracking is fully dependent on the timely scan by USPS personnel. If your package is not scanned in a timely manner you may not see tracking in real time. For example, tracking may indicate PRE-TRANSIT even though a package IS in transit. Or you may not see tracking at all until your package is delivered. Expect delays around the holidays. Contact Finders Pickers Paper within 3 days of delivery. Return your item within 14 days of delivery. It is important to re-package the item in a rigid envelope or box. Use quality packing materials to ensure the item is protected during transit. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items MUST include a USPS tracking number. If the item is damaged during transit due to improper packing, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Email the USPS tracking number, order number, description of item and your name or ID to finderspickerspaper@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within two business days.

Some states have introduced Internet sales tax laws. Finders Pickers Paper calculates, collects and remits sales tax on State of California orders.
